Our accessibility commitment
Accessibility Statement
Ellyanna Business Services is committed to accessible digital service and to identifying and addressing barriers as the website and business evolve.
Commitment and status
We aim to provide people with disabilities with a substantially equivalent opportunity to find information, understand our services, communicate with us, and request assistance. This statement is effective and was last reviewed on July 15, 2026.
The website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing accessibility target, not a claim of formal certification or perfect conformance in every browser, device, assistive technology, or third-party service.
Accessibility measures
Current measures include semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, responsive reflow, labelled and validated forms, descriptive page titles, language metadata, reduced-motion support, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, and content that does not depend on colour alone.
Testing and continuous improvement
We use automated accessibility checks together with keyboard, responsive-layout, and manual content review. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so feedback from people using assistive technologies remains important. Material design or content changes should be retested before release.
Known limitations
Technology, browser behaviour, user settings, external links, and future third-party services can introduce barriers outside our direct control. Long legal and professional pages may also require additional navigation effort. We organize them with clear headings and plain-language sections, and will address confirmed barriers according to impact and available solutions.
Accessible formats and communication support
If website information is not accessible to you, we will work with you to identify a suitable accessible format or communication support. Where required by applicable accessibility law, it will be provided in a timely manner and at no additional cost. Availability and timing can depend on the requested format, complexity, and source material.
Report a barrier
Email info@ellyanna.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. If possible, identify the page or task, describe the barrier, state the format or assistance you prefer, and provide a way to contact you. Do not include sensitive records in the initial email.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days, discuss an appropriate response, and explain any limitation or alternative. If the first response does not resolve the issue, ask that it be reviewed by the person responsible for accessibility.
